The Ashton Care Home are seeking to recruit a friendly Administrator/Receptionist to join their team.
An excellent multi-tasker, your duties will include not only answering the telephone, but any enquiries received: ensuring that relatives, residents and those interested in The Ashton are assisted promptly and efficiently.
Applicants must also have good numerical and word processing skills, including experience of Microsoft Word and Excel. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for both spoken and written English. Applicants will be friendly, confident, well-presented and have a professional telephone manner. A satisfactory Police Check and DBS check applies to this role.
Desired skills are, knowledge of Sage Accounts Package or other accounting computer packages and ability to work on own initiative to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Previous experience working within a caring environment would be advantageous, although it is not required.
