Over 20 years experience of working in care for the lasts in various settings. 10 years experience of working in management.  Gained valuable experience over the years and secured qualifications in health and social care.

I knew, from a young age, that working in care was the career for me, I began by volunteering in care home in home town in Birmingham at the age of 16.  I am incredibly passionate about  providing high quality care in caring and comfortable environment. I’ve had the pleasure of caring for many over the years and its always lovely to hear their life story and find out their passions and interests, many of our teachings come from our elderly and I want to be able to give something back by offering the best care environments and quality of life.

Ashton is very homely atmosphere with a great team who work hard to ensure to get the best for the residents. I will be conscientious to support the team to continue the growth of the Ashton and strive to deliver outstanding person centred care and lifestyle choices. My focus within the care industry is to change the perceived stigma associated with care homes, and to create a positive environment in which residents can relax, be safe and comfortable.
