Celebrating International Nurses Day

Friday 12th May was International Nurses Day, and at The Ashton Care Home in Hinckley, we wanted to take this opportunity to recognise and celebrate the wonderful Nurses at our care home, in our community, and beyond.

In recognition of the hard work and dedication shown by our team of Nurses, we presented each of them with a gift to thank them for all their support. Our care home is proud of the high standards of Nursing Care that we deliver to each of our residents, and this is made possible by our highly-skilled and committed team of Nurses.

Our Nurses go to great lengths to get to know our residents on an individual level so that they can deliver care that is personalised to them. This approach to care ensures that residents feel safe, happy, and confident that we are putting them first, and supporting them in the best possible way for them.

Each Nurse shared with us their career history, and with several years of experience and qualifications between them, we are proud to have such a high calibre of Nurses that provide care and support for our residents here at The Ashton Care Home.

Alongside our Nurses, we also have a fantastic team of other care professionals and support staff that go to great lengths to support each resident in making the most of every day. Whether it's for a friendly chat, enabling hobbies, or providing both personal care and health care, our team are here for our residents in every single way.
